We recognize
that one of the essential elements to introduce puzzles into classrooms
is a good set of lesson plans to help guide teachers take full advantage
of puzzles as learning tools. We're just getting started with this, so
expect this section to evolve and grow.
Here we present a set of four lesson plans Scott Kim has created to use
in conjunction with specific puzzles in the classroom. (Each file is in
Adobe Acrobat format. To read the documents, you must have the
FREE Adobe Reader.) These are still in draft format, all the
ideas are there but there are still a few rough spots.
If you have comments on these lesson plans, suggestions, ideas for how
to improve, new approaches, etc... we would love to hear from you.
Also... if you have experience with writing lesson plans, and would like
to share your ideas on how to approach a lesson plan program for puzzles
in general, we would greatly appreciate your ideas. Please write to us
at teachers@ThinkFun.com. |
